Advice on Pulling Coyote Tooth

You'll probably break it trying to "pull" it out.

Do some skinning and get the Dremel tool out with a good cutting disk & it'll come out better in one peice.
 
I would give him Nitrus gas to calm him down before you shoot him with Novicane. Also get some good pliers. Wouldn't you just boil the head and the teeth will fall out on their own. Obviously I am no Taxidermist. All I can do is try real hard at being funny. I know, I need to try harder.
 
try it after the head is completely decayed I found one I'd shot months after and pulled its K-9's and they just fell right out
 
if you boil the skull the teeth will fall out! the ones that dont will wiggle on out!

DO NOT BOIL THE HEAD IN THE HOUSE lol it will smell like a giant dog roast and the smell will forever remain in the nostrils days after wards lol, ahhhh i remember it like it was yesterday!
 
haha yea guys i got shooed out of the house with the whole pot "coyote head and all" with a broom by mamaw! i should have known better. i am not kidding when i say IT STINKS! smelled like a Korean buffet in here lol

Mmmmmm coyote head soup ! Almost as good as crockpot coyote .

Well, initially I thought the same thing, but having given it a moments thought or two more, I'm of the opinion that it would likely be more profitable to NOT shoot him first.

Simply call the redneck neighbor up, break out a few beers, the pliers, and the video camera. Video of you trying to run down, catch, and extract the tooth from a live coyote would likely go viral on the net in a matter of days, and if you attached several commercial messages to the page, you could quit work and hunt yotes all the time!!

yes you can! not as well as with beatles but after mine was done boiling and all the meat peeled off and the skull dried, i glued all the teeth back in and put the skull on my barn roof to let the sun whiten it for a few days. it worked twice for me. i have a coyote head in my onion shed that needs to be boiled lol
 
40 volume peroxide from a hair salon place works well. We could go on and on about how to clean skulls but its all on here somewhere. Youll have a hard time getting a boiled skull completely paper-white, but unless youre a perfectionist, its no big deal. Id rather have a little grey or yellowish color than a spray-painted skull.... I still boil almost evrything I kill, but mostly cause I dont have anywhere to put the stinky beetles in the off-season!
 
Best way to pull tooth is boil skull.
If you wanna bleach skull, boil in sal-soda, you can get that from any taxidermist supply. Then let dry, and use peroxide to "whiten" (get that from salon its the same stuff they use to bleach gals hair).
I'm sure complete details are on here somewhere.
Maybe try the new "search link"???
Or just send the skull out and pay 20$ get your skull back clean and white.
