Hey guys,
As I am sure many of you know, Cal and I are no longer associated with our previous show. We have decided to produce an ALL NEW Predator hunting show called Predator Instinct . I know there are a lot of rumors floating around, and a few are even true! This has been a long time coming and it was just time for a change. In a nutshell, we are proud of the work we did with our previous endeavour; however, Cal and I just decided that we needed a change of direction.
Things change, and lets face it, we aint the Beatles, this shouldn’t be hard.
Alright enough about that., lets get on to the show!
Cal and I both have families and it has become tougher and tougher to leave them at home. Our new concept fits our family lifestyle much better. Predator Instinct is the type of show we have always wanted to produce, and we are very excited about our new show concept.
Predator Instinct is a fast paced, educational, and light hearted predator hunting show for the whole family. Cal and I will be running and gunning predators as usual, and having fun with the family as we go. Don’t get us wrong, this is by no means a "kiddie show", but the family will be involved as much as possible. We will also be throwing in some fun hunts with the kids, and showing our passion for our families and the outdoors.
I must say that after SHOT last week, people either really liked our concept, or the economy is really picking up! We have never left SHOT with a better feeling in our lives! Thanks to all the sponsors who believe in us, FoxPro, EOTech, DPMS, Nightforce, Lightforce, Hornady, and Predator Masters.
We will also be adding to our current sponsors list in the coming weeks.
I know ya'll are used to me posting pics of predators on the brink of death, but this year…….Well, some things just DON’T change!
We have had an awesome season so far and have had a ton of fun doing it. Here are a few action pics, and hero shots. We will post hunt stories later, we just wanted to give you a little sneak peak of some Predator Instinct action. I really can't remember having more fun hunting, and we have gotten some of the best footage we have ever seen. We can't wait for the upcoming season so you guys can join in the fun with us!
Lets just say this year has been a little CATTY! We have picked up a ton of new country this year, and I’ve got to say it is some of the best day calling country I have seen anywhere. Two of the ranches are completely ate up with cats, and it didn’t take long for the spotted fur to hit the ground!
Cal and his family have also put together 2 of the coolest episodes of the year. The Ferguson family are straight up killers, and their family values are an inspiration to me, and anyone who watches them on TV. Congrats to Cal's son Brock this year for killing his first shotgun coyote, pretty cool considering he is ONLY 9 years old!
Cals brother Clint will also be hunting with us quite a bit this year, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He has added a new dimension to our production, and we are happy to have him. I've never done a Chinese fire drill on a hunt, but, after this year I cant say that anymore! Clint is on the left, and we were lucky enough to get him to sit still for a photo.
Case and point, here is a Clint inspired photo shoot, enough said.
We have also started a training school for coyotes, we taught this one to stand on his head, just a little something we bring to the table.
We are having a blast and doing a ton of new things for the show, and any input on new ideas or content you would like to see would be appreciated.
