Your order shipped today (Monday was a no ship day for the Post office)& will arrive to you in 2 -3 business days.
As for the busy phones - Our phone order volume is beyond anything we planned for - Like most growing and successful company's we planned and staffed for growth.. but obviously we didn’t plan well enough. We have a staff of 6 people which should be 12!
One of the big drivers on our phone volume is the FOXPRO FX3, as you may be aware we are the only company in the nation (other than the FOXPRO factory) that programs FOXPRO's. Phone orders for FX3's often take 30 - 50 minutes each to ensure the customer gets the sound selection and all questions on functionality answered. This may lead to some frustration when you are trying to call, but the personal service is very much appreciated when you are the one on the line and have questions about a call that you are about to spend your hard earned dollars on.
We will be expanding again on March 1st to an adjacent ware house and office space - doubling our size. The additional dedicated phone help & phone lines should help minimize the busy signals at APC and provide our customers the best possible service.
