All Predator Calls

Has any body spoke with AP Jones recently. I placed and order online yesterday and had some trouble with the website order and can't get in touch with him. I called but I am getting nothing but busy signals at toll free and order line? E-mail is no go either? Been this way all day.

Usually I can call and e-mail no trouble. I hope nothing bad has happened to him.

I placed a phone order last week and got it today.The phone service is kind of slow,I believe the order clerks have other duties as well.Straycat

Your order shipped today (Monday was a no ship day for the Post office)& will arrive to you in 2 -3 business days.

As for the busy phones - Our phone order volume is beyond anything we planned for - Like most growing and successful company's we planned and staffed for growth.. but obviously we didn’t plan well enough. We have a staff of 6 people which should be 12!

One of the big drivers on our phone volume is the FOXPRO FX3, as you may be aware we are the only company in the nation (other than the FOXPRO factory) that programs FOXPRO's. Phone orders for FX3's often take 30 - 50 minutes each to ensure the customer gets the sound selection and all questions on functionality answered. This may lead to some frustration when you are trying to call, but the personal service is very much appreciated when you are the one on the line and have questions about a call that you are about to spend your hard earned dollars on.

We will be expanding again on March 1st to an adjacent ware house and office space - doubling our size. The additional dedicated phone help & phone lines should help minimize the busy signals at APC and provide our customers the best possible service.

Thanks AP, I was just worried about you guys. I didn't know if there was a phone line cut between us or something.

I'm not worried about being taken care of after I ordered. You guys are the greatest. I was more concerned that you got it. Since I didn't get the order confirmation through E-mail I wasn't sure if it got through. I know better than anyone about glitches in software and websites. I fix them everyday. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif
