Had a couple videos before this one, but I pulled up to one of our gates to go put a camera back out after burning and I spot 3 gobblers. This was the final video before I went on about my business

Looks like you're all set Spurchaser! I used to see that amount of birds in my area 20 years ago but not so much now for some reason. My boy and I still fill our tags though.

Those gobblers were back in those pines and about 1000yds North across a clearcut and in some burnt pines were 3 other gobblers strutting around.
I hate groups of gobblers, lol!! They grow up together and stay together out there. Had 5 jakes we watched one year that stayed together until 1 was finally killed as a 3yr old, then another the next year. The 3 Amigos that survived lived until they died I guess. That many eyes together and watching one or two die makes them tough to kill, especially in burns and open pines. Sure is fun trying though!!!
