Shot this male at 7:05 this morning.
22br 73g Berger at 63 yrds. ( my biggest this year at 46 lbs.)
Watched him come from 400 yrds. I thought my buddy was going to shoot but he let him come too me.

We where hunting some longer fields about 50 min from my house. Darn good coyote activity on this property.

What a beast!! Side not, I'm going to quit complaining that my Rem VSSF 220 Swift is too heavy to carry in the field. I'm sure you could have killed him at 400 yards!!

We do get some big coyotes.
A few years ago (7) one of my friends shot the biggest I had ever seen ...I think it was close to 60 lbs...an absolute brute.
