another silencer question

Anyone here have any experience with the AAC 300 TM silencer or the Varminter 2.0 from Dakota silencer? I am wanting to shoot these on a 300 AAC Blackout, a 308 Win, and would love to have one that would handle my 300 Win Mag. any suggestions or experiences with these two would be great. Im having a really hard time deciding which to get between these two, the AAC 762 SDN-6, and the TBAC 30p-1.

A .30 cal can will handle the 308 and .300, but I think that the pressure created with the 300 win mag may be too much and could prove to be detrimental to the life of the suppressor. My friend tells me their .30 cal model will but they need to do more testing before they will rate it for 300 win mag.

I would suggest you contact the manufactor and ask them directly. It would be a shame to ruin something that costs as much as they do.

Tactical suppressed Weapons in Rougemont NC has a 30 cal can rated for the 300 win mag. I use mine and 300 win mag, 300 WSM, 308, 223, 6.8, 300 blkout, and many more.

I have an AAC 7.62 sd. That being said, if I had to do it over again I would purchase the TBAC. I like the AAC, lately CS is not what it was previously.
I know that in shooting circles that the TB cans get great reviews, and Zacks CS is top shelf. Also TB has a reputation for accuracy and repeatable POI shift.
If you are searching a few others for thought are SAS (Mile High Shooting Supplies) and SRT Arms, Doug is a great guy to deal with and his "short cans" are getting great reviews.

Chad's stuff is top notch & he has some VERY cool stuff. Give him a call, it's worth the talk if nothing else.

That said, I've got a Thunder Beast sitting at my dealer now; just waiting on papers. Only reason I have it instead of TSW was the 1/2 off TB certificate I won.

Well IMHO the Thunderbeast that you have will be the best suppressor you'll ever own. I have several suppressors and the Thunderbeast is the best I have by far.

He's colorful to say the least.

And yeah, he has some REALLY cool stuff, at least in that trailer that he pulls to the shoots.

You should check out his mobile target stand one day...

I don't know about the AAC but the TBAC 30p-1 is rated to handle a 300 Win Mag. This will hopefully be my next can. I have a TBAC 223P-1 and love it.
