Any advice for quitting smoking?

Good job, you've got it licked now.

I have got to decide to get of the dang things as sonn as possible.

I still have the problem with the cold beer and cigs.
Cold beer just ain't right without a cig. And I really enjoy a cold one or few a couple times a week.

My wife quit cold turkey a few months back with the help of the patches. I gotta get this done..

You are an inspiration to me to try to end the madness.

Congratulations.

Just think about what you could have instead of a smokers hack you could have a couple extra hunting trips, or rifles and scope. For me this would be motivation enough. I've understand exercise really can help and then the benefits are two fold.

Good luck

another thing u might want to try is mint snuff, thiers no nicotene or tobacco, its just herbs, i cant tell the difference between it and cope

If you feel you need more incentive to stay a non-smoker, just do like I did. Figure how much you spent a week on tobacco, then pick a gun you wanted and couldn't afford. Figure out how many weeks it will take to pay for it with your tobacco money and don't smoke. When you reach your goal pick another gun and do it again. With the wish list I've got, I'll never be able to smoke again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
