Any buck collectors here?

I some info about a real early buck knife. I believe it is from pre-1960. If anyone can help I will post some pictures and more info.

Knife is marked with Buck on one side and 123 on the other. From what I have found it looks like one that was made between 1946 and 1961 before they were incorporated as Buck and Son INC.

Buck was in San Diego from 1963-1980. El Cajon, CA after that.

I believe in 1972 they started stamping "XXX" on the tangs.

That would lead me to believe knife is from 1963-1971. I am no expert on Buck knives though.

I do also know the date codes began in 1986, because I have one from that year....
