any Ga,Fl or bama people here

Grew up in the Tri states area.(Jackson Co.Fla.) Hunted all three states for coyotes from 1982 until 2000 now I am in North AL. Funny thing is I live in Jackson CO. here and live in a tri state area and hunt AL,GA.and TN.

Were not any coyote hunters down that way in the 80's early 90's everyone thought I was nuts. Now I run into quiet a few and there all experts. LOL

i live in northeast alabama. been chasing fur about 6 yrs now. love the sport, i get out every chance i get. couple days a week and 2-3 morning before work each week. put in 15-25 stands each week from Sept til March. i've chatted with several southern coyote hunters on this forum, but i've yet to encounter another caller in the field.

i usually kill 3-4 coyotes and couple foxes each year. so far since Sept 09 i've taken 6 coyotes and 2 gray foxes. one more day to tag a bobcat. hoping to get 3-4 more yotes in Feb and March.

I lived in Troy from 1994 to 2000. Man that's a hunting paradise down there. Hogs, deer, deer, deer, hogs, turkeys and deer. Woooo I miss hunting down there. Got a Pike Co 10 point on my wall.
