Any light recommendations?

Hey guys I'm looking for a hunting light for around $100 or so, I can go a bit higher. What have you guys enjoyed? Give me a link if you can, thanks!

What are you looking for in a light? Purpose for or use of the light? Long range throw? Less throw but wider illumination? Somewhere in between? Hunting? For what? Self defense? Indoor use? There's a million lights out there to fit any purpose. Some are more versatile than other. Some have very specific purpose.
 
My experience as well. I have both. I'd say the Sniper hog is as bright but throws over a smaller area and only has two power settings, but that is somewhat offset by the variable focus. The Coyote Light can focus from wide throw to narrow and has completely variable power settings.
 
how long does the sniper hog light run on full charge? does anyone have any experience with those varmint lights that boondock has as a package deal? how long do they run and whats the warranty on them? i see the sniper hog has a limited lifetime warranty. dont the coyote light just have a 1 yr warranty?
 
well I just ordered the night eyes lights after doing a bunch of looking over different ones on the internet. this seemed like the best set up for me. cant wait to get them and try them out. its all woods and fast shotguning kind of hunting around here so the noggin mounted light seemed like a great idea for me and my style
 
Our red gets 7 hrs on full power and 48 hrs at 25% power. We scan at 25% power for eyes then slowly turn up the power for identification and to blind the animal. This way You never shock the animal with a bright light no matter how close it pops out.
