I'm having a custom rifle built in a 6.5 WSM, any of yall have any good load combos out there for me to try???

Think there is some info on snipers hide. From what little I've read you should start saving for a barrel now.

So there barrel burners well ill mostly use mine for hunting not a target gun so maybe I'll be ok, but the guy that built mine is saying to use the 140 grain berger vld bullet, 70 grains of magpro powder

Compare the case volume to that of the .264 WM and 6.5 Remington and start with a beginning load for whichever is closest.
