Not necessarily, we just need fewer anti-gun liberals!

We are considering the move for after my retirement in 4 years or so.

The wife ran into a woman from Sante Fe out here, told her how beautiful the weather was in the Sante Fe area.

I understand night hunting is permitted on private property only?

Farmington is in the north west corner. It's about ten miles south of the Colorado boarder. If you like to fly fish the world famous San Jaun river is just to the east a few miles.

From what I have seen of New Mexico if you voted for Obama you will like Santa Fe or Taos.Saw more of his bumper stickers in those towns than any where else I have been.

Well you sort that out, then tell me how to do it, until then I will continue to recruit the pro gunners.

You are right 220 swift. Those are the liberal meccas of New Mexico with people like Jane Fonda living there. A bunch of rich and famous transplants live in Sante Fe and they've also driven the property taxes up where it's hard for the native New Mexicans to live there. There is a lot of democrats in the state, especially in northern NM. South and south eastern NM is much more conservative.

Not as cold as you have where you are, but for me it is too cold.
Here is a little data.

We spend our time farther south in Lincoln county, a lot closer drive from Texas, still 6.5 hours. We are what is know as "those darn Texans". But they take our property tax money and let us pay some of their gross receipt taxes so we ignore them.
