Anyone eat @ the Pink Taco?

Haven't eaten there, but would bet that it is far from real mexican food. Most of the local taco shops (Robertos,Faustos, and a half million others) are far more Authentic Mexican eats.

And if this thread decides to head south, it will be sent into cyber space.

Lance, I was hoping that you being the connoisseur that you are, would have first hand knowledge. Maybe some of the other Henderson/Vegas members have indulged.

I ate there at NewYears, it's in the Hard Rock. Food was so so, but coming from a state with a lot of REAL mexican food I'm not one to ask. My wife bought her a pair od pants there that have Pink Taco on the back side /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Anything that has to lure someone in by a fancy name, can't have good food.

I am used to eating at places named"
Earl's
Stubb's
Shortcake's
Bad Brad's
Guy's
etc.

NASA, I recommend first trying one each of all 37 brands of tequila...then food quality won't be nearly as important.

If you really want some real Mexican food come visit us here in Texas. We'll feed ya so many kinds of Mexican food you'll have to like some of em.

You're a lot closer to me than TX is, so I may be taking you up on that soon. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Nasa, I was there in march. It is very good, and they had homemade tortillas. I would recommend it. There was also a restaurant in the mall at the now Planet Hollywood, I actually like that mexican restaurant better. I just cant remember the name.

El Tapitio in Pawnee is true 100% authentic mexican food. You have to order by numbers with your fingers in that restaurant they don't speak a word of English in there....
