Anyone paint their foxpro?

I actually just came up with a better idea... Might take me a few days, but ill post pics when done. Ill give a hint, materials i think will be needed:

Old military duffel bag
550 cord
Long Velcro strips
Jute twine
Shoe goo

I just painted my with camo paint as a base coat. Then held some various sticks and leaves and such as I shot some other camo paint colors on it. Make sure you mask off the parts you don't want to paint. It's really no big deal and I promise predators don't rally care if it looks fancy to the human eye, but HEY! It might impress your buddies if it looks fancy. It's almost like laying sod, it's pretty hard to screw up but mask the areas you don't want to paint and go for it.
Good luck! Don't worry, be happy.....

I painted mine it works fine . ]

I'm considering a paint job for my Shockwave too. Seems like a good spring/summer project.

Anyone know FoxPro's attitude towards it? Any issues with warranty or future service of the call?

Yep. Fusion paint for plastic, applied with pieces of sea sponge. Turns out great! I camo most all my hunting equipment in this manner. Except my AR's, my buddy hydro dips those for me.

I was thinking of making a cover for mine. Maybe polar fleece. Neoprene would be nice as well. A bit of water resistance and shock absorption. Might help it in the cold as well.

I sprayed mine with flat camo paint that is close to the same as the origninal and added some stensiling to take the shine off the call.

I have a cover made from Denier and elastic for snow and to keep the snow out.

I camo painted mine. About lost a few times at night though. Now I have a stuffed "road kill" raccoon that I bought from a pet store stuffed under the carry handle. I cut the squeaky thing out of it and use it when something gets close enouth.

i have a wildfire and i can tell you, even without camo - in a soybean field... with that OD green kind of color they can [beeep] near get lost after dark.

i put a yellow reflective dot on it for finding it in the dark with the call off.

i went yellow because i figured it would mimic eye shine from a distance.
