Anyone Repair Primos Alpha Dog Electronic Caller?

I'm really pissed at Primos! They are a rip off! I purchased one of their Alpha Dog callers September 9th, 2013; for $300.00 and have had nothing but problems with it. The remote initially took 20 minutes or more to synch up with the speaker unit. Batteries had to be brand spanking new for the unit to synch up. Due two to total knee replacements in the last year, I only used it several times. This last spring I could not get the remote to synch with the speaker unit and returned it to Primos for repair. I got it back saying there was nothing wrong with it. After the return, I got it to synch up once with new batteries. Now nothing. I called Primos twice, first time I was told to take it away from the house to synch it up. I put it in a field 100 yards away from my house, nothing. Second time I called I was told to go into a car with the doors closed to synch it, that didn't work either.

Now that I am recovered and want to start coyote hunting again. I'm stuck with a $300.00 caller that does not synch up period.

So I call Primos again and even though I had returned it once for the same problem, they will not replace it because it is past the one year warranty period. I have to buy a replacement Alpha Dog caller for $152.00. What a rip off.

I took my unit back to the place that I purchased it from. My remote synchs up with other speaker units, but other remotes will not synch up with my Alpha Dog speaker unit. The speaker unit is bad.

Does anyone repair Alpha Dog callers?
