Nope. .24 was the smallest you could go until they changed it to "any centerfire." Now even .14 wildcats are cool.
You could hunt deer, bear, elk and hogs in Tennessee with a .25 ACP pistol as long as it had a 4-in. barrel, but we can't hunt at night for predators or kill coyotes with anything bigger than T, or shoot a squirrel with a .38 wadcutter.
I believe I'm getting the urge to write some letters to the TWRA Board.
Maybe we oughta organize all the Tennesseans here and on 24HC and start demanding some sensible liberalization of hunting regs...
