ar 15 ???

I am getting ready to order ar 15 kit, which caliber should I get 5.56 nato or 223. if I get 5.56 will I be able to use 223 ammo also??
 
I went with a .223 caliber mostly because of accuracy concerns found here:

I also had only .223 cases, dies and such... So I didn't really see a need for the 5.56 and then combine that with the accuracy items... easy choice for me.
