AR "hunting" sling question[s]

For those of you who only use your AR for hunting, not competitions.....
What type of slings are you all using? Just normal slings like you'd use on a bolt gun? Or what?

(Oh, 16" barrel, 6-position collapsible stock, if that makes any difference to you.)

I just like to use regular rifle slings. I like them on the side of my AR as well. I usually have them on backwards so when I carry my rifle it is aimed down. It makes a nice little package that is easy to carry over and under fences and in and out of the truck.

I currently use a magpul ms2 but I am planning on get a vtac. This sling my be right up you alley.

The MS2 and MS3 are great but I just picked up an MS4. My vote goes to MS4.
The MS4 is all push button.

I use a hand brayed sling I made I run it upside down my ar's stay on my shoulder better that way

I have tried many. I have settled on the claw for all of mine. it sticks and is comfortable....for me.

I like the vtac as well. Watch their video on the varying positions using it, good product, easy and effective to use.

I have tried lots of other slings on the market. I only use Viking Tactics slings on all of my AR's and shotguns.

The owners are great people and Kyle is a great warrior.

Magpul ms3..and it has a lock so no oops...

It great for stalking and keeping your hands free for other equipment. Such as thermal, NV, binos, and most importantly Mountain Dew.
