Are electronic callers OK for Coyote in ID, OR, UT, WS, WY, MT?

well 5 speed sometimes you can hunt for your truck in Wyoming lol
and sometimes your son might just shoot it too.
we ran a rod threw the bullet hole last night and that bullet had eyes to go where it did and only clip one wire.
it missed the tranny line by a fraction of a inch, nicked one wire and didn't hit the transfer case like i thought.
clean pass threw.
one piece of electrical tape and its good as new.
i don't know why its running so bad and burning oil its not the gunshot wound.
I'm going to the tow truck place to collect my hat today.

You are right but when you have several dogs in the truck, the officer is not going to believe that. You will be in court trying to prove it. They take that as evendence to sell them. The only exception is if you are in a contest and have something with you to prove it. I have talked to several officers in Nevada. I wont take the chance on keeping them.
