All you ground blind hunters. Are there any really good ground blinds. I have had a few. I am looking for a new hub blind. I have a Matrix right now and the roof leaks like a screen door. No amount of silicone spray will help. I have even gone as far as to use silicone RTV on all the seams and still, its like taking a shower if Im hunting in the rain. (which is mostly what I want a blind for) I have read just about every ground blind review I can find and almost ALL of them have problems. From crappy zippers, to leaks to fragile hubs, you name it. The best I can find is the double bulls, and they are not perfect and pretty darn expensive. How about sharing some of your ground blind quality experiences.

I like my Primos Vision Blind. Hate the Ameristeps. There is also a blind i use that i really like cheaper and about the same as the Primos Vision its called the Barronet Grounder 250.

+1 on the barronett. i have had one for a few years and for the money its a tough blind to beat. also have and like one i got from gander mountain. its gander mountain brand and its seems a little more sturdy than my other one. better material and feels alot less flimsy. and it wasnt that much either

I have the Primos Vision. Not super impressed - lot of flapping in the wind and magnets that close/adjust windows have ripped out.

Been considering the Double Bull Darkhorse for next year's antelope hunt. I believe Cabela's has them on sale for $250.

I have the primos double bull dark horse and the crusher blind. The crusher holds out water better than the dark horse but both are satisfactory. I've had ameristeps and gorillas. Instaed of buying new ones constantly, bite the bullet get a double bull. Deer, turkey, bear, coyote, have never paid attention to mine. Even in the wide open. I was a sceptic at first but now wouldn't recommend anything else after hunting out of them for 18 months. And as for the seven second deploy time. Fool with it for a little while before you write it off, it takes some getting used too. And once you get one home and unbox it; Take it out in the yard pop it open and let it sit for a week or so. This stretches the fabric enough to help deploy it faster. Your first time deploying will probably aggrevate you, but again you will get used to it. I fooled with mine for about 45 minutes one night before I got the hang of it. I watched the DVD that came with mine and as mentioned above game doesn't mind it at all.
