I’ve had this happen a couple times but it was only a bad contact with the batteries. Took battery pack out spun the batteries a few times and reinstalled. Hope yours is as simple as that and not more serious whet you have to send it in. My buddy just sent in his zues and they told him they are swamped and it would be at least a month
