As I'm cleaning my AR10 I discover a surprise

Sitting around home tonight and decided to clean my ARs. I got my AR 10 from PSA about 2 months ago. I had got a simple AR 15 a few months prior and it worked great no issues fired maybe 100 rounds through it. So I did not fully take my AR 10 apart and clean it when I received it. Fired it maybe 50 times and I keep smelling this weird burnt metal smell. AR 10s need more lube is what I read, so I lube the piss out of it. Shoots great but I keep smelling this burnt metal smell. So as I'm cleaning I find these in my gun. No clue where they came from. Checked function of my gun but didn’t fire it.

Looks like whomever put the charging handle together tried driving the roll pin in without the holes in the charging handle and the charging handle latch lined up.
You'll need a new roll pin obviously, because it's gone, and a way to make sure it stays put if there's not enough tension to hold it in.

I think I was wrong to say I found them inside the gun. After thinking about it and seeing what ppl commented I'm pretty sure at some point they came off my charging handle and ended up inside my chamber. Sorry, I should have known they weren't just hanging out inside the chamber. Thanks for all the comments.
