AZ Feral Hog Hunting

I have recently read of a couple of places that have huntable numbers of feral hogs here in AZ and allow hog hunts. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact any due to phone numbers no longer being in service. I have read about a national wildlife refuge in southern AZ that allows feral hog hunting (low population) if you have a valid big game tag from the state and hunt during the big game season.

Do any of you guys know of any ranches in AZ that have and allow hog hunting? Or can you recommend any public areas that hold feral hogs?

Thanks guys.

Matt,
The refuge your thinking of is the Buenos Aires, the hogs were scarce, when I left(five years ago). There is also someone in San Manuel that had private hog hunts on the San Pedro River. I will try and get a phone number for you.
Good luck if you head south.

HW - you're right I remember Buenos Aries. I also heard about the ranch in San Manuel, but I can't get a functional phone number.

Thanks for the comments on the photos guys. The white tail came from Lasalle County Texas. Most of the other stuff is from right here in AZ.

Edit due to brainfart.

Mr. AP Jones from www.allpredatorcalls.com one of the sponsors of this ite is from AZ and might be able to help you locate a class guide, or an area for public hunting.

Dont know if this helps or not.

Hope you have fun in any case.

Maybe you'll be having BBQ before long.
