Bacon, bacon. Who's got the bacon?

Im trying to keep the neighbors farm dogs from finding me most sets, so i think i will pass on that. But having a nice snack after each stand doesnt sound too bad

LOL whether it works or not just as long as I get some bacon.
But I do know it will put my Aussie Shepard into very close proximity to whomever is cooking the bacon. Normally that is me, and the girls wonder why he listens so well to me. (BACON!!!, and he know whom slips it to him).

What ole boy didn’t say in that post was what they were drinking prior to going out and claiming all that.
I’ve used bacon grease in some of my baits for trapping…caught a few coyotes, but mainly coons and possums. Down here unless it’s COLD we deal with ants, bait is bad enough, add grease and you’re asking for issues.
And for the record, I’m not wasting bacon on a critter. Bacon is for me!!

Every winter I use bacon(in natures orginal whole food container) dead hogs. Every coyote starts on the rear ham and eat forward, so the "bacon" is half way before a new hog is needed. Coyote work a frozen road kill deer the same way. So I position the pig/deer for broadside shots on coyote from the blinds.

I’m with you Spur! About the only way I would part with my bacon…
1. Find a Woke, Liberal waste of flesh.
2. Stuff pockets liberally (no pun intended) with bacon.
3. Drop waste of flesh (and bacon ) off in Bear/Wolf/Wolverine country and hope for a great outcome!

Other than that, nope… ain’t parting with my bacon!

I wish our coyotes would eat a pig!! They eat a dead deer, but will NOT touch a pig for some reason.
