Has anyone owned one of these before? The model has tall capped target turrets and no AO.

I've got one coming soon and hope it'll be a decent scope. I actually bought the same one this summer in a Bushnell 4200 hoping it had semi target turrets but it didn't. Sold it a week later.
 
I did really like the 4200 just couldn't keep track of the amount of clicks I was dialing. Got both for 250 shipped so pretty fair prices.
 
I've got a 6-24-40 target dot on my 22-250. It's a good scope but I'm gonna replace it with a 6500 I just got because I want the 30 mm tube
 
I've also got a 4200 6-24x mildot and like it a lot. The B&L 4000 came yesterday and is exactly what I was wanting out of the previous 4200 2.5x10. Very nice glass and turrets for $250. Now to kill some critters.
