Bayonet lug Flashlight ??

I'd like to get something that mounts a nice light onto my M-4...
The boyonet lug is the first place I would mount it, if given a choice. It's already there, & I don't want to mount rails unless I have to.

does anyone make such a product? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

There are commercial products that mount a light to the front sight tower..

I made one of clear plexiglass that I had at the house and with a couple of bolts and a scope ring and old scope base, it was very secure, cheap, and put the switch right at my thumb.

Their's mounts to the handguard, I fashioned mine from a photo of one made commercially for the front sight.

While maybe not as good looking as the machined bayonet lug mount...cost was way down there... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
