BCA Bolt action Upper

Just thinking out load here, so bear with me. Reason for posting this is because of my "sometimers". Thinking of the Remington XP barrel in .221 FB @ 10+". Trying to recall if there is enough meat to thread and screw on a AR15 barrel extension and thread the muzzle for a suppressor. With the BCA bolt action upper would make a heck of a walking varminter for gophers /PD. Use a SLED to control the feeding (yes I know single shot) and 150 ft lbs of torque on the extension.
Things that make one wonder and go humm.
May not be much different than using a XP pistol. ( I do have couple of lowers with "the" stamp, so regardless of HR1, I could proceed)
All I need is minute of Gopher @ 200 for that purpose.
