Hello,

Looking for some expert input on a new e-caller, to be used mostly for Coyote and Crows, remote or not, doesn't matter much.

Requirements:
1.Good product support
2.at least a 2 year Warranty period
3.clear realistic sounds

What is the best store bought e-caller you can suggest for the sum listed above?

I dont have much experience handling a lot of the e callers out there, but with a $200 spending limit, the PM4 would be my choice. They have been out for a little while now and have started getting all the kinks out that come with a new product.

seeing how the season is just about over I would save my money over the summer and see how much I could save and the go from there next fall say late august. You may just be able to up grade to something nice....good luck

I would try to pickup a Used Foxpro .There's alot of them around.I picked up a XR6 for about half of the price of a new one .Put a looking for add in the classifids.Great time of the year to find one .Good Luck

Thanks for all the input.

I just recently checked the Predator Master Techpage and found the build-it-yourself caller, nice!

Going to Radio Shack tomorrow and will let you guys know how it turns out.

Varmint AL has a nice little library of sounds and loops to get me started. Looks like El-Cheapo is the way to go for me at this time, 3 kids a dog and a wife.

Talk to you soon, with good news....!!??? I hope.

Thanks, Langy

My Pa just called and he has that exact AMP, not in use, so it's -$14.00 and I aint even got started yet.

I picked up an extreme dimension [phantom] call with remote for approx that amount at a sportsman show special. lite, easy to carry and set up and extra sound modules available. works for me.

If I was you I would save just a little more money and buy the M1 call from Minaska. The have it now for $349.99. That is a really good deal and that call is awesome. I have been very pleased with my Ultimate One and they have great customer service too.

Just something to think about.

RGraff,

I would like to hear from you one how the DOGG performs, remote and all.

ALL Predator Calls, sounds like a good price, Gander Mountain here is WI charges $179.00 plus tax...

Call came in this morning. I have to say excellent service from All Predator.

I'm happy with the call's compact design and relative light weight. Right around a couple pounds with batteries. Remote is straight forward and simple to use.

I'll run it through it's paces over the weekend and report back.

I have to go with the Western Rivers they have a Predation which is about $250 or a Day Stalker that uses AA batteries. I saw the Day Stalker by accident on APcalls.com i think it is about $170.

Their customer support is very easy to deal with. The product comes with a 3 year warranty. The Jone Stewart sounds I have purchased run great on the Predation with good sound quality.
