Go with the Savage Model 11 Trophy Hunter XP as Dan Brothers said. You get a rifle set up ready to shoot with a decent scope and adjustable trigger. Im a big fan of the Stevens 200 but by time you add in a decent scope your looking at spending just as much if not more than you would picking up the model 11 and you still wouldn't have an adjustable trigger. I will also add that I have a Model 200 in .223, a Savage Axis in .22-250, and the Model 11 in .204 and all three will shoot under an inch at 100 yards. No need in changing the stock or trigger if used for hunting purposes. All three rifles are more than adequate of taking game out to your desired distances as long as she is capable of making the shot herself.
