Best bullet for .223 with a twist rate of 1 in 9

Your right... My mistake from reading too fast...Should have never taken that 'speed reading' class...My mind works faster than my fingers can type and that's where most of the confusion comes in...

I do have a 1/9 twist AR and it loves the 50-64gr bullets, but will handle them from 40-70gr, just not with the accuracy factor of the 50-64 grainers...

Trust me, I know all about that. When I'm on a roll, I'm a 2 finger typist at best......
 
I guess we are just going full circle - I'm waiting for intel on the 1in7 and 1 in8 barrels myself.
