well guys after some big issues.. I think i got it figured out. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif.. i had already bought the johnny stewart power pro for use with my preymaster. the preymaster broke so i went with a sandisc sansa mp3 player...

connected to an azden wireless transmitter/reciever I went to radio shack and bought all new connector wires and all new batteries for the azden... downloaded sounds from foxpro and western rivers... loaded them on the sansa via the easy to follow programing disc provided...

tried it out after putting on the new cables and batteries and it works GREAT /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif i went to around 50yards and it was working great... as for total distance i will let you know when I have had the chance to play more... but honestly this atleast for me was the way to go... heading out in the morn to try it out in a new area...

the only thing i would change is some of the access features on the mp3 player but i just recieved it in the mail this past friday so i am sure that with a little time i know it will become second nature to me

Steve ,

We called a yote in tonight right at dark.

long story short,,, we werent ready, he busted us and was gone. also a pair of greys came in next stand, we missed both of them,, not a good night for killin thats for sure.
let me know when you wanna go,

Bob

Bob , what do you mean you guys werent ready? lol guess i will have to come over the mnt. and shoot those for you..lol I am going out in the am... what sound were you using... and so on... length of time on stand ... lets have details ... help us less fortunate ... lol

Well, after going out this morning and hunting and also testing this call. i know i need to learn to run the mp3 player better... i did find the fm radio tuner on it.... lol hit one button and all you hear is the local country station... lmao but all in all the call worked great minus the human factor... I wen for distance by setting the caller at my truck and walking away using my laser rangefinder... I got to 152 yrds before i started to have some issues with minor skipping, and loss of volume controlI moved back in to 145 and had full control... not to bad for an azden wireless unit... i realize that as battery power lowers so will my distance but if all i need do is keep fresh batteries to keep my range out to atleast 125 yards or so... then thats a small price to pay...
