Reddog, would love to know the specs on that load that gets you 3700+ with the 75 Amax in your 22-243. Hard to tell exactly by the pic but looks like about a 26in tube on that one in the picture.

RL17 - CCI250 - Lapua brass. The tube is a RVC Brux cut @ 24"s, throated Long for the Amaxs...

RL17 - CCI250 - Lapua brass. The tube is a RVC Brux cut @ 24"s, throated Long for the Amaxs...
WOW! 3700+ with only a 24 inch tube is flat hauling the mail. You must be cramming a ton of RL17 in that case to get those kind of speeds. Must be using something like 46 grains fo RL17.

Nope... not even close to 46grs.... Not going to throw my load data out there! everybodys barrels and chambers are different!!!
