Best powder for 6.5 creedmoor

I will be experimenting with several not on your list...I just had my .308 rebarreled to the 6.5 CM and have some Hodgon Super Powder on order, if it ever gets shipped..On hand for trials I have RL-17, RL-15, TAC, and W-748...(all of which there is current data),,,The H4350 has a great following, but not available locally yet...

Hopefully the Super Performance won't be delayed much longer... I will book mark this thread and get back to you in a PM when I get some results, if you would like...

I have heard a lot about R-17 and H4350. However, I can't find any. Today I did find some IMR4350 so I bought that. I do have some Superperformance powder I bought a couple of years ago by mistake so I can try that also.

Any of the 4350's and RE-17 are popular for a reason. In my 6.5x47 Lapua, the RE-17 is great. Very accurate and very good velocity.

IMR4007SSC and AR Comp work well too as did N150. I found a supply of IMR4007SSC so I got a 8lb container since it shot so well.

H4350 seems to be what most use. However im having good luck with varget out of my buddies Savage. 140Hybrids with 38gr varget gets you 2780fps

Gentlemen, thanks for the replies.
crittr gittr, wow the Hornady book only says 2950 for that load. What are you shooting?

My neighbor just found that 4895 with the 120's is supurb, either nosler or sierra accuracy load.

Critter Getters load may just slam them all!!!
