Best recipe for 53 or 60 VMAX in 223??

I shoot a lot of 53 Vmax in my three 1:12 twist .223 rifles. My CZ has a long jump to the lands because of the magazine limiting the OAL. The Remingtons both have a short jump to the lands. The two Remingtons shoot a near identical load. I use CCI 450 primers and a stiff charge of Benchmark.
The CZ is moving around 3470fps and the Remingtons are moving around 3560fps.
Im a big fan of the 53gr Vmax!

We can get you close but, The “best” recipe is the one your rifle shoots consistently with confidence. You will just have to experiment with your loads.
 
I don't know about best but I'm getting .5" at 100y with 23.5gr H322 and a 60gr v-max loaded p-mag long. It's over max but no pressure signs in my Knights Armament 16" Mod 2 upper.

My main coyote rifle is a Rock River coyote carbine. It loves 53 grain v-max bullets over 25.2 grains of H4895. The load will routinely shoot cloverleaf groups for me.

25 gr. of Benchmark has been great with 53 gr vmax for me. I've tried it with blc(2) which was horrible and cfe 223. Cfe 233 is pretty good out of my ar. I'd try benchmark
