Leupold DD's are nice, as are Talley LW's, I like to use either on a light hunting rifle. I do not like to use the Standard leupold rings and bases.
For a heavy rifle where weight isn't a concern, I use picatinny rings and rails. I have products from both Badger and Glen Seekins, and like them both.
