After several weeks and a dozen or so e-mails I finally convinced Bill to honor his warranty as it is in writing on his website. He only returned a portion of the original charge so I started back in on him. In the end he finally even paid for the new trigger I had to buy.

I am glad I came across this thread. I was planning to send my RRA 2-stage in to him for a slick job.
Now I think I'd be better off to save up dimes for a Timney.
