Binocular harness?

Gary,

Ive got that Maddog/IPI bino manager that was linked to earlier in the thread. Ive had it for a couple of months, out on a few hunts.

Still in like new condition. If your intersted in it let me know as I think Im going to try the S4 lockdown harness and pass this one on.

I have both crooked horn and badlands. Crooked horn is nice, light, and keeps binos close and handy. I bought a Badlands though after dropping into the prone to take a shot at a nice antelope in Wyoming. At the time I didn't realize I was grinding a $2K pair of glass into the shale and dirt. badlands is a little bigger and bulkier but offers a level of protection. I used to bang the binoculars now and then setting up tree stands in the dark with the crooked horn.

I'm very happy with Badlands, but if you can get a comparable product like the Alaska pack that is made in USA, I would start there.

I have the Crooked Horn Bino system and they are ok for walking around. I purchased the Bino Lockdown system and so far so good.

I like the look of the ones Skinney is talking about but i need too try out my new set while in Arizona Javelina bowhunting in January 2012.

If you ever buy a nice set of Swaro binos, do not buy their bino harness system! They are not even close to the quaility of the Crooked Horn.
No reflection at all on their binos. They are excellent! But they should have found somebody else to make their harness system. I've never seen worse junk from a better company.
