Bird recipes

Season whole quail with season salt and pepper, brown the quail in olive oil, then lay about 8 of them in a full-size casserole dish. Mix up some minute rice with green chile enchilada sauce and vegetables of your choice, then pour the mix over the quail. Bake at 350ish for about 45 minutes or so and you have a great one-dish meal ready to eat.
