Black and unusual coyote gallery

Due to many discussion about black coyotes an the like, I would like to create a gallery of unusual coyote variations.

I would like to create a pinned post in the predator biology forum for this.

If you have a picture of a black, albino or other unusal coyote and will pm me the pictures, I will post them there in the pinned post. This post will be read only for member reference.

If you will attach information about the photo (state, name of hunter or whatever) I will post that with the pictures.

It will be at my discreation if the picture is unusual enough to warrant entry.
 
Is this video of the black coyote in the posting by Shawn Chatham who hosts Chasing the Dream? If so he lives near me in Mississippi and everyone here calls him "High Fence Chatham". He hunts in pens and protrays it to be fair chase. He is a %@#$#$! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angry-smiley-055.gif This guy is not a sportsman in any way. Don't mean to get so fired up, but this guy and his kind give hunting a bad name. Sorry for the rant, but I think it is him in the video with the pencil thin mustache. If it is him the 'yote was probably in a pen in his back yard.

NO!!! It was called and film by me in Alabama. Aaron Hall is the shooter and we are both from AL. That was his first year hunting coyotes and he killed a double on that stand. The other coyote was silver. It is the second Black coyote we have killed on film.

The only fences around there is the cattle fence you can see him go under in the clip. This is how rumors get started.

Did not mean to disparage you. I was simply on a rant about someone locally who hunts in pens and sells it as otherwise. I did not see anything in the video that made me think it was in a high fence. Just thought in a small screen poor quality feed that it was Chatham.
 
I'm still looking for those pictures.

If you have killed a black or other very unsual coyote, please pm me the pics.

That will be easier than me going and trying to dig up the old posts.

I've added one or two. I still get a few pictures sent by members occasionally, but not all of them were unusual enough. I added one today.

Here is a large dusky Black male. My Bro & I killed. This coyote was larger than my [weighed]50lb'er. But wasn't weighed. I'm 6'3" on the right in the pic.

Thanks for sharing that with us Yellowhammer. Very interesting, if only one day I could have something like that to share. I would have to have it mounted for sure. Darn another coyote mount or rug, darn the luck! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowingsmilie.gif
 
I'm only using those that stand out. Some of them may have stood out, but the picture or the angle of the pictures does not show it.
