Either way out of all the black coyotes I have ever seen shot are mounted I have never seen one with 4 white feet markings. I have seen few with white chest markings but not the feet! If he is running with another coyote then he is fair game I think you should name him "4 socks" lol....... Cool pics for sure hope you get him. Some of the worst livestock killers I have seen have been wild dogs they just tear a sheep or goat to shreds! God bless Seth
 
Looks like a cross breed to me...Even with a good coat, the body is just too thick, and the legs/feet are too small, to be totally one or the other..

Does look like a sheperd/mix. Are there any dwellings close to the area. If you seen it with another coyote I would say coydog
 
Looking at the photos again, I am wondering why the first photo shows 1:51 AM. It looks like daylight to me.Just sayin. Also the cuddeback emblem is a different size. Is it the same camera. Is it real?

I'd say dog.

You guys saying cross-Do you guys know how rare true dog/coyote crosses actually are? Based on DNA work from around the country they are almost almost unheard of.
 
Send some of those DNA testers here to catch or kill some
of the odd looking dogs in the woods around my place and
test them.

I could not find anything in the top photo and couldn't figure out why OP would put it up!!
Might be the monitor settings, but I doubt it.
I took it to photo bucket and lightened it up a bit.

Domestic.
Mouth too wide
Ears too far to side
Hair/fur layering too uniform for coyote.
Should see guard hair layeringand feathering this time of year.
 
I say dog! But either way no collar -shoot it as it is wild!
Thats my take any dog /yote gets shot! Cause any dog gone wild is way more dangerous then any yote!
