Bolt flutes and knobs question

I know its been discussed a bunch but..I'm old and forgetful. Who would your recommend to flute a bolt and install a knob? Easy yes?

I have decided to invest a bit more money in my already semi-custom rifles than investing in new rifles right now. My H-S stock got delivered to the shop today for a new hydro dip. Going with a carbon fiber look. My barreled action will soon go to the other shop to get cera-koted in graphite black. Should be sexy cool! Figured a fluted bolt and a new shift knob will round it off pretty nicely.
