Just got a Bond Arms Snake Slayer for rattlers during bird season. Shots, 410, 410 3 inch and 45 Long Colt. Does anyone have one of these. What do y'all shoot in it. I figured the 410 Mag, 3 inch, would work great. Only very slightly kinkda, sorta. More like shooting rifle than shot gun. Got some 45 long colt shot shell loads to try. Also got some 410 slugs and 410 Buck shot, anybody shoot any of this or have recommendations?

MarkA, Snake slayer is very good for taking care of the unwanted slithery types. I use the 3" buck and regular 2-1/2" in #4. All seem to work very well. The thing is range, not very good after 10' or so but it will still get there attention. Have not tried to shoot anything with 45 as of yet. I use mine for water snakes that just will not leave you alone when fishing, don't care what the reason is for their persistence just leave me alone. Have lots of fun with that little devil it is a hoot to shoot. (maybe not for little people until good grip is established)
