Boyds Gunstock on Ruger American Predator

Not like it hasn't been done before but I wanted to just take a quick second and say it fit like a glove....I did have to add a washer under the magazine catch but that was it. I like the weight of the rifle now too. It feels much more solid. Fit and finish was a 10. I have about $570 in it without the scope. I probably could have just purchased a higher end rifle but I'm thrilled with how accurate this gun was even with the cheap plastic factory stock, so I thought it was worthy of a nicer stock. Hopefully the next pics I post will be with some fur.

Looks good! I put a lightweight thumbhole Boyd's stock on my Savage model 12. Took a little sanding to get the barrel to free float due to the heavy contour but man did it pretty it up and boy does she sure shoot. Hard to believe I got it shipped to my door fully finished for just under $100.

Not really. His didn't need the added hardware which is
included with the Predator stock.

I did the same as you, but in Forest Camo, LH stock RH action.
Looks much better and will never miss the tupperware, flimsy
forearm!
