I'm with drscott. You are having to do way too much work. Do your arrows with broadheads fly well? If they do just adjust your sights! I can tune most bows to have close field tip and broadhead points of impact But They are almost always a tiny bit different, and as you increase distance any variation is multiplied. I am a firm believer in practicing with the same set up you are going to hunt with. Buy some BH and use them for practice and sighting in and buy some you just use for the hunt.
Also, I don't love most mechanicals but they do fly more like field tips.

The only other thing I can tell you is an old trick that we would do in archery shop I used to work in, That is take everything off the bow and then put it back on paying attention to all the tuning requirements. I do not know why this works but sometimes it worked amazingly other times it did nothing but it is worth a shot.
