Just wandering if anyone has purchased reloading products from these guys in the past are they ok to deal with? How is there shipping time?

I ordered some 210 bergers from them, and they havent shipped yet, I cant even get through on there phone lines, been tring to all day.

I got my hawkeye scope from them 3 yrs ago, shipped quick & no issues.

I have ordered from them several times - they are OK to deal with, but not stellar.

It is a brother/sister or a husband/wife operation, and she can be a bit if a hardass - I paid for an order, never got it, and she blamed me because I didn't pay for insurance - we had some words and I eventually got a replacement, but if I had to order something that I could get in two places, I would chose the other place - If Bruno's was the only one that had it, I would order it from them (and get the insurance

Everyone is swamped. I have ordered several things from several different places, and they are all behind several days to weeks on getting orders out the door. Places that usually ship the same day are the better part of a week before they ship now. I am guessing Bruno's is no different.

I order some stuff th at was advertised in stock. After two weeks I called and it was out of stock with no backorder and still charged my card and a restocking fee when I cancelled my order lol. Took some argument to get it right but they corrected it

What a joke I just seen they shipped my bullets that cost me $43 and the total after shipping was $60 how rediculous. Thats $17 to ship a little box of bullets. I am not happy with them at all.
