Just wondering if anyone has used a BSA "sweet" scope that is calibrated for a .223..... or any caliber for that matter...I feel like something like this is to good to be true, especially at the price.... does anyone have any experience with them?

I have a Diana 48 .22 caliber spring action side cocker that ripped the guts out of two BSA China junkers. One lasted 53 shots and the other made it to 90 something shots. Neither would hold zero. I first thought my gun was junk. Then I mounted a Banner and shot bug holes.
I recently bought a DPMS AR flat top, not sure what scope to use...I don't really want anything more than a 3-9, but can't really spend more than 200.00...any suggestions...
redfield revolution 3-9 is around $170. the 2-7 is about 20 cheaper. Check out the reviews on midwayusa. I have one on a AR and it seems to be a very solid scope, plus small in size and lightweight.
If you want a bargain priced scope look at
"Optisan 1-4x24 Mamba with EAR 30 Mount combo $149.95"
for an illuminated scope with the mount is a bargain and I have a buddy who has one and likes it.
Haha funny I find this thread, I just took a p.o.s. 4x30mm BSA off my Ruger .22 mag yesterday and went with a 3-9x40mm redfield revolution. What a difference.
Burris Fulfield 2. Have had one on my bushmaster for a few years now. $150.00 - $180.00. Friend has one on 270. I have yet to find a scope camparable for the money.
