Here is another field grade buffalo horn closed reed. It is tuned Just Jack, and as always it has no finish, just polished a bit.
This one has an inlaid gold star as opposed to the silver I normally use, I think I like the silver best with the black, but not sure.
This is a field grade call and if you look closely enough, you may find some imperfections, but heck, it is made to hunt and not to look at. This piece of horn has quite a bit of character with several white inclusions.
