Buffer for 6ARC

What buffer do I need for 6 ARC? Bbl is 20”, adjustable gas block.

Standard weight and size buffer will handle it. I'm running half a dozen Grendel variants with bigger capacity without issue. Carbine or rifle size buffers and springs will work fine.

Agreed. In my experience Grendels and ARCs run smoother with rifle buffers.
