Burris ar-332

so talk to me...just got an m&p 15 in to do the "package" on and need to put some close range glass on it that sits around 300 in price. Went to sportsmans to get some powder and the ar-332 caught my eye...I really love the eotechs but this rifle doesn't have that budget, the optics were clear, i liked the 3X and the green reticle, they are made in china and priced about 350. whats the scoop, are they worth the 50 over budget?

Bushy have you ever looked through one yet? The image they show on the burris web sight is a little misleading on their reticle/red dot image. It is a great little optic, but I couldn't pick out the little dots quick enough for longer shots on yotes when I had mine on one of the ARs. I switch it over to my AR15-22 and love it on it. You might want to look through one before you decide to drop $$ on it. Again, it is a great scope, and you don't have to worry if the batteries die on you when using it. The black reticle is always there whether it is illuminated red or green with the light.

Thanks...will be using it primary at 100 and closer so the ret. doesn't bother me.

IMO I like the TAC30 1-4 better for the same money.

I have a Burris AR332 on my bushy. I can try and take some pics of the reticle when I get home. Inside 200yds its spot on but trying to use the drop compensation reticle is a JOKE.
