I had the same result with them, had a fullfield ll that an inner lens cracked on. Sent it in and had a brand new one show up about 8-9 days later. Excellent turn-around IMO.

Burris has had great customer service as far back as I can remember. I bought a 3x-9x pistol scope for my 338JDJ barreled Contender. While doing load development before my antelope hunt in Wyoming the top turret came off of my scope. I returned it to Burris and the scope repair technician said it would take a month to get it back to me. I called back and talked to his boss and explained that I was leaving in a week to go to Wyoming. The next day UPS brought me a new scope. But shipping sent me a 2x-7x instead of a 3x-9x I called back and told them what happened, the next day UPS brought the right scope. I mounted it and had a successful antelope hunt taking my first antelope at 210 yds. I now own 7 Burris scopes 3 pistol, 2 Signatures and 2 Black Diamonds and a pair of 10x50 Signature Binos. All my Burris scopes also have Burris rings.
Need I say more.

I LOST my Burris scope cover once and tried to buy a replacement from them. They absolutely refused to take my credit card info and sent me a free replacement two days after I called them. You can't beat that kind of service.

Of course, it paid off for them in the long run, as I now own a total of 10 Burris scopes.

Sent a scope in recently I've had for 20 years. It's seen some ROUGH usage and had a couple particles on an internal lens. They received my scope on March 26th. Got it back today (April 5th) from UPS. Clean as a whistle with a new cover, no charge. I am a fan.

I emailed them a reticle question one morning about 8 a.m. Received an answer before 9:30.

I bought one of their original Signature 6x-24x in the 90's. Three months ago something went BAD inside. This scope has been on several rifles and has now ended up on one of my ARs. The optic has probably seem 15,000+ shots. Sent it back to Burris and got it back fixed, free of charge, within a couple of weeks. Great company with great costumer service. The optic in question is on the bottom rig in the pic.

Got my xtr-14 back from Burris today. It was back twice for warranty work. Mounted, sighted, seems good to go.....

If you are up for another round, I have an AR-332 that developed a line of black gunk on the internal lens. Will this be taken care of, the same way? Thanks!....

This is good news to hear I have been a Leupold person for 35 years .I have tried Leupold pistol scopes twice with finding both times the EER scopes had to much eye relief for my liking .I picked up a used Burris pistol 3 x 12 and i enjoy the more relaxed position with shooting this scoped pistol. So far so good 1/8 " clicks seem to be correct guess its time to see if it tracks well. Good to hear they stand up for their product.

Played with my scope again yesterday. The battery drain problem is fixed.

Burris Optics(our sponsor) bent over backwards to make it right.

That said, as nice of guy that he is, I don't think he is the one doing the actual repairs. The variable brightness is now fugged up. Only the dimmest setting works(rheostat problem now?). A feller would think that it would be tested before return....Also, my AR-332 now has a line of black gunk across the internal lens. I don't think it is worth the hassle to try to have CRAP fixed, when in my experience ( three outta four returned), they don't come back right/repaired.

Lesson learned, here........

I currently have a pistol scope in for repair and I'll post the outcome when I get it back. The repair was my stupid fault...stripped the screw on the posi-lock.
